  • What are the differences between the packages?
    Our package prices are determined by the square footage of your property, and we offer three options: $99 for homes up to 2,000 square feet $169 for homes up to 3,000 square feet $249 for homes up to 4,000 square feet For properties larger than 4,000 square feet, please call us at 1-833-TOUR-LAB or email us at contact@virtualtourlabs.com for custom pricing. All packages include the same features, but larger properties will receive additional photos to accommodate their size.
  • What if I need special services that are not listed on the pricing page?
    If you need special services not included on the pricing page, please contact us at 1-833-TOUR-LAB or email us at contact@virtualtourlabs.com.
  • How soon can a technician come to scan my property?
    If you book before noon, we may be able to send a technician to scan your property on the same day, depending on availability. To schedule your 3D virtual tour scan, simply click "BOOK NOW" or call us at 1-833-TOUR-LAB.
  • How long will it take to scan my property?
    Our technicians generally take about an hour to scan a 2,000 square foot property, with larger properties requiring additional time.
  • Do I need to be present during the scan?
    You don’t need to be present during the scan. However, we will need permission and instructions for accessing the property. Please prepare the space in advance by ensuring all lights are working for optimal lighting and removing personal items, such as family pictures, that you don't want included in your 3D virtual tour.
  • How should I prepare my property for the scan?
    To prepare your property for the scan, please ensure it is clean and well-presented. Turn on all lights and open all blinds for best results, as we will be capturing both the interior and exterior. We ask that the property is empty of residents and pets during the scan. Keep in mind that any objects and pictures present will be visible in the 3D virtual tour, so please remove personal items, such as family photos or valuables, if you don’t want them included. Due to time constraints, our technicians will work efficiently and will focus solely on scanning the property.
  • What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?
    If the weather on the day of your appointment makes it impractical to conduct the 3D scan, we will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
  • How soon can I expect to receive my 3D virtual tour?
    Under normal circumstances, our turnaround time is 24 hours. This means that after our technician scans your property, you can expect to receive the entire package within 24 hours.
  • How will I receive my 3D virtual tour?
    You will receive an email containing several links to your 3D virtual tour, which you can share on MLS, social media, and websites. Additionally, you’ll receive a link to download the images captured from the 3D virtual tour. All links will be available for use and download for six months.
  • How long can I use my 3D virtual tour?
    Each virtual tour includes six months of hosting, enabling you to use the provided links to share your 3D virtual tour on MLS, social media, and websites. If you need more time, we can extend hosting for $10 per month. To extend your hosting, just call us at 1-833-TOUR-LAB or email us at contact@virtualtourlabs.com.
  • Can I get another scan of my property if I'm not satisfied with my 3D virtual tour?
    Each package includes one property scan. Our technicians are skilled at capturing the best possible scan while considering the property's lighting and aesthetics. If you think that improvements in lighting, cleanliness, or other aspects could enhance your tour, you can purchase a re-scan. We’re happy to offer a 50% discount on re-scanning your property. To arrange a re-scan, simply call us at 1-833-TOUR-LAB.
  • What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can reach us at 1-833-TOUR-LAB from 8 AM to 5 PM (PST), Monday through Saturday, or email us at contact@virtualtourlabs.com. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be accepted due to technician scheduling. This policy also applies to situations where our technician arrives but cannot access the property to complete the scan. In such cases, we will offer a 50% discount on a future booking.
  • What happens if I'm late for the scan appointment?
    If you are running late, please call us at 1-833-TOUR-LAB so we can notify our technician. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. However, please be aware that our technicians are on a schedule and can only wait an extra 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We offer a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your 3D virtual tour within 48 hours of receiving it, you may request a full refund. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used for your booking. Please note that if you request a refund, access to the links for the 3D virtual tour and pictures will be revoked.
  • Can I request that VirtualTour Labs not use my 3D virtual tour for advertising?
    VirtualTour Labs reserves the right to use the 3D virtual tour and images we create for promotional purposes. This may include displaying them on our website, social media platforms, and YouTube to showcase our services. If you prefer that we do not use the 3D virtual tour or images of your property, please email us at contact@virtualtourlabs.com.
